LONDON, UK — Greenback Recycling Technologies (‘Greenback’), an advanced recycling technology company focused on creating certified circular solutions for plastic waste, has announced the appointment of Samuel Martínez to Chief Revenue Officer at the growing organisation.
Greenback CEO and Founder, Philippe von Stauffenberg, said of the appointment: “We are delighted that Samuel has agreed to join us at this critical time in the business. He brings a wealth of experience in petrochemicals, plastics and the circular economy, which is invaluable to us as our programme of distributed advanced plastics recycling facilities come to fruition.”

Martínez commented: “We have a great team at Greenback all focused on one mission – to change the game in plastics recycling for the better. We have some significant projects coming together currently with major brands, which indicates 2021 is going to be an exciting year. I’m delighted to be on board and driving the business with the rest of the management team.”
Greenback is currently involved in four lighthouse projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia, and will be making further announcements on its strategic roadmap in the coming weeks.
