Team Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who knows how to make sure things run smoothly?
We’re looking for a team assistant:
-
provide full support to 3 Exco members (CFO/CRO/CDO)
-
take ownership of a wide range of tasks and assignments which require initiative and discretion
-
arrange travel bookings for the team, itineraries, visa coordination & submit travel expenses within policy
-
manage the holiday calendar
-
manage the London team's calendar, co-ordinate conference calls, help with organisation of board meetings, and take meeting minutes
-
office administration
-
manage the company social media accounts
Your team
We are a fast-paced, small, but fun team and we need someone who is proactive, quick thinking and energetic. In this role, you’ll be a key support to the our C-level personnel and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.

Your expertise

successful administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
-
proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-
keen attention to detail, organised and able to seamlessly multitask

proven written and verbal communication skills

able to adapt to using new systems, tools and processes quickly
-
comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
-
flexible, adaptable, with a can-do attitude

experience in marketing, particularly social media management

language requirements: Fluent/native English, Spanish

Financial Controller
The ideal candidate
-
Full-time experience in financial controlling / audit at a Big4 or similar, with a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience (ACA)
-
At least a 2:1 from a reputable university or business school
-
Will be able to work independently and take ownership of their work
-
Will be fluent in another European language, ideally at native speaker level
-
Strong PPT / XLS skill set – being able to create and manage operating budgets
-
Needs to be comfortable directly working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
-
Can demonstrate strong interest in being part of a fast-growing start-up, where job requirements can change quickly
Task will include, but will not be limited to
-
Managing the monthly / annually closing process, working closely with the outsourced service providers to ensure monthly P&L and BS numbers are accurately booked and accounted for
-
Preparing the monthly reporting pack including the consolidated report of management accounts
-
Preparing a monthly budget and cashflow projection of the Group companies
-
Analysing the monthly P&L to understand and challenge variances vs forecast
-
Being the technical lead on more complex areas of accounting and reporting (e.g. HMRC R&D credits)
-
Assist the finance team in establishing scalable structures monitoring the day-to-day finances of the Group
-
Support and advise our global subsidiaries and portfolio companies in all matters related to finance

Assist the finance team in financial planning and monitoring of projects globally

Intern
Greenback is an exciting new company building solutions to address the global problem of plastic waste. We have a highly experienced management team that have been supported by a small team in interns based in London. We are now looking to bolster that team with a highly capable and adaptable individual. You will own real, meaningful tasks that drive the business forward and you will have regular exposure to the CEO and management team.

We are not looking for any specific experience, we need curiosity, a willingness to learn and a desire to build a business having a positive impact.
